Hoppy farmhouse ale with Texas wildflower honey. Urban Mutation is a collaboration with Other Half Brewing in Brooklyn, New York. This high gravity, hoppy farmhouse ale is brewed with Texas wildflower honey, our hand selected lots of New Zealand Motueka and Rakau, as well as Motueka and Rakau Hop Kief. Naturally conditioned through bottle re-fermentation.

750 ml bottle. Aroma is citrusy—grapefruit, lemon—peppery, funky, floral, crackery, dusty basement, wood. Pours hazy golden with a one+ finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste has a light tartness, light building to moderate hoppy bitterness, and light sweetness, finishing dry. Alcohol is apparent. Foamy mouthfeel.
