Murky, pale golden color and a nice white head. Sour, acidic nose. Taste of tart, yellow fruits, herbal, salt, yeasty. Pretty good.

Bottle. A bit hazy goldem, smaller and nonlasting white head. Gentle fruity nose with lots of cellar notes, a bit smelly, some spices. Puckery soury start, lots of rubbery notes, going to aftertaste. Light and fresh.

0.33 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, best before December 2017. Clear, golden amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fruity and a little spicy aroma of lots of apricots, lemon, light rhubarb and slight hints of coriander. Moderately sour, slightly sweetish, quite fruity and a little spicy taste of apricot, lemon, rhubarb, sauerkraut and some coriander, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately tart, dry and slightly salty finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty, well-balanced, pleasant apricot flavours and really refreshing, overall a well-made Gose!

The Polish and German night. Craft Clerkenwell. With Travlr and ChrisO. Keg. Somewhat murky goldy beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Very mild sourness, thin apricot. Touch of seltzer. Light finish. Wishy washy.

Draft at Craft Clerkenwell. Cloudy to murky orange color, big thick off white ice cream cone head. Aroma of earthy apricot, bread dough. Taste is earthy, fruity, very subtle tartness. Easy to drink.
