Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Light pine into, mild but slightly juicy citrus hops, none of your US hop fruit punch here, just mild yellow grapefruit and citrus. Finishes light and semi dry with a touch of dark berry hop fruits. A light and semi dry finish.

Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a light earthy come leafy bitter edge.
Okay green hop affair.

Pigs Ear 2025. Gravity. Good stuff, some fresh pale grain, hay, nips of pine needles, lemon peel, biscuit, soft bitterness. Well rounded and rather drinkable.
