Gull!

330ml can via Beer52 and drank at Auntie Sue's on 5th September 2026. Light golden body wispy white head that didn't last long. It's refreshing enough but lacks depth and oomph.

Can from Beer52. Clear gold with white foamy head, modest retention. Aroma of grainy malts, hay, light corn. Has a nice crispness and grassiness in the finish. Mouthfeel has a slight syrup feel rather than a refreshing quality I would like from the style. Mixed.

0.33 l can from 'Beyond Beer', as 'Lervig Pilsner', best before June 2025. A little hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently grassy-spicy and a bit fruity-floral aroma of grains, some lemon peel and hints of fresh grass. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and slightly grassy-spicy taste of grains, some lemon peel and a touch of fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite inoffensive but very sessionable.

In der Nase Weißwein, optisch leicht trübes Gold, schöne Perlung, Schaum passt. Im Trunk recht dünn aber trotzdem lecker. Müsste aber mehr Bumps haben.

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic pale blonde, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is primarily of honey. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter, balanced by a little malty sweetness. Final is average.
