Cask at Pigs Ear. Near clear deep amber brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Dark toffee malts, trace of cream, none of it sweet. A mild savoury vibe and some ripe fruits. Light semi dry spicy finish. Solid and flavoursome.

Pigs Ear 2025. Gravity. Super solid. Rounded dark malts, toast, berries, soft earth. Little fruit leather. Nip of yeast. Great balance. Lovely.
