Zuzu 2022, 1452 bottles (subtle hops giving lager - fruity - citrus).
A 3:2 blend of wild and heirloom apples foraged in Newburgh, Dixmont and Hampden, plus one beautiful Baldwin in Prospect. Naturally fermented & aged in neutral oak barrels. Dry hopped and bottle fermented with Maine clover honey. Cheers!
Ingredients: foraged apples, local honey, & hops from away (Nugget, Hallertau Blanc & Saaz).
