From the shadows of the North comes Dròlan, the legendary honey beast said to guard the hives. This braggot pays homage with a bold fusion of rich malt & golden honey, brewing up a drink both wild & untamed.; deep amber with a smooth body, with flavours of caramel, wildflowers & a whisper of smoke. Both ferocious & comforting, Dròlan is a beer to savour slowly, lest you awaken the monster...

Nestled on the banks of the River Ness, Uile-bheist produce their fantastic range of craft beers & artisanal spirits in their state of the art & sustainable Inverness brewstillery - we're delighted to collaborate with them to create this monster brew.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear oily honey - deep blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is very interesting, smokey embers upfront, rich honey character, oily, honey cake, slightly floral, stroopwaffle and caramel. The taste is bitter - sweet, oily, slick, mouth - coating honey, honey cake, caramel, stroopwaffle, taffy, tangy, pleasing booziness and dull.snoke with a drying finale. Interesting and with nice depth. Fun stuff.
