Brewed with our friends at Pomona Island up in Salford, this thick Imperial Stout is an homage to the British classic Sticky Toffee Pudding. Full of complex roasty malts, dates, toffee and vanilla, it’s a warm comforting hug of a dessert stout.

Big and pretty sweet. Some dark fruits, berries, cherry-covered chocolate, low roast, low booze. Decent balance. Velvety. Roasted marshmallows. Rather drinkable.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, 10/12/2025
Black with a tan cap that retains.
Nose is chocolate, dark malts, vanilla, mellow roast.
Taste comprises chocolate, mellow roast, toffee fudge, molasses, brown sugar melt.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a lick of booze.
Tidy enough old skool sipper but I perhaps expected a touch more here.

Half pint from the keg at the brewery. Pours black with a beige head. Aromas & tastes of toffee, treacle, dates, chocolate, hints of alcohol & roasted malt. Medium to full body. Rich finish.
