Bottle. Milky yellow, low head. Fruity yeasty aroma, medium body, chewy, oranges, herbal bitterness, bready grassy finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Brautradition Naturtrübes Kellerbier on 18 Jun 2016 at 12:55 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6.5. Original review text: Bottle, danke Günther. Cloudy orange, offwhite head. Grassy citric aroma. Light body, mellow mouthfeel. Light fruity malt, pleasant citrus and peach hop aromatics. Quick finish, light mineral and fruit aftertaste. Starts out great with good aroma and flavor on the front of the palate, falls off a cliff after that and becomes anonymous - a bit more chewiness and malty edgesto give it character and this would be a truly good beer.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is light yeast, a touch buttery, a touch rustic. Taste is bready, lightly yeasty, rather sweet. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation, a bit bitter and weird in the back. Okay!

330ml bottle. Hazy, orangey, dark golden colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, husky, minimally malty-spicy aroma, hints of hay and protein. Taste is slightly grainy, minimally husky and strawy, cautiously tart-ish, minimally malty-spicy. So-so.

0.5 l bottle from 'Dursty' (Unna), best before March 2019. Almost clear, golden amber with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains, some honey, a touch of fresh grass and traces of citrus. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and a touch of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy, hardly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Quite okay for a macro brew, not very outspoken but quite quaffable, actually pretty well-balanced. --- Beer merged from original tick of Brautradition Naturtrübes Kellerbier on 26 Mar 2016 at 14:27 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Sampled from 0.33 l bottle, best before September 2016. Hazy, pale golden amber with a frothy, white head. Sweetish, grassy, slightly yeasty aroma of bread, straw, nuts and some caramel. Sweetish-malty, yeasty, slightly musty taste of straw, bread, nuts and some caramel, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little grassy and yeasty finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Quaffable and inoffensive, overall decent.

Flasche: Deep golden with an orangey sheen, hazy to cloudy, medium-sized persistent off-white head, sweet grainy and fruity nose with traces of caramel malt and yeast, low herbal bitterness underneath; mild sweet-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied, at least soft; mild bitter-sweet finish with a light tartness in the aftertaste. An amateurish brew, compared to the great franconian samples of this style...
