Plover is a British Golden Ale that pours a straw yellow color with a wave of sticky foam that clings to the glass. Traditional Fuggle hops lend soft notes of hay, sweet geranium, noble spice, and a subtle bouquet of garden herbs. Beneath these aromas, notes of biscuit and toasted bread are revealed within a crisp effervescence that fades into a clean finish. We crafted this beer to celebrate the brief and joyful bustle of life that greets us at the border of the sea.

Winter 2026 can drunk 1/8/26, as pictured.
Rich grains show a mix of honey, cereal and mild toast. Really tasteful amount of toastiness here, which is always wonderful when done in small amounts. Fruity English yeast is clean, showing no diacetyl. Grassy, floral, soft hops to-style.
Good hop bitterness sets a dry tone but soft, honey and white bread malt notes come on quickly to balance. Fruity yeast with no diacetyl. Excellent malt depth for its size with the aforementioned, not-overdone toastiness.

Pours a lightly hazy, very pale golden yellow, with thick, mid-sized head. Aroma is bread, cracker, grass. Flavors follow with a touch of pepper. Fairly clean, crisp mouthfeel.
