Has an aroma of muddy apples and dirt and wet branches. Modest foam is on top of a golden carbonated body. Flavour is modest apple and some sourness. Medium on the mouth with a bit of crispness. Rather average.

Keg at Le Petit Cafe, St Peter’s Port. It pours clear golden with a small fizzy white head. The nose is earthy, barnyard, crisp sweet apple, wood and light brett. The taste is crisp, clean, slightly tart, juicy apple, appletizer, light mouth-pucker, wood and earth with a refreshingly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp and rather quaffable. Surprisingly good.

On tap @ Cock & Bull, St. Peter Port. Very nice fruity and smooth beginning. Fresh and deep with lots tart fruity apples. The mainpart has a nice fruitiness, not sweet but also not too dry. Highly drinkable. The aftertaste is long, intense fruity, intense tart, dry but still lots if fruity apples left! Great cider!!
