Cask at Pigs Ear. Near opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived bubbly tan head. Airy smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation.
Soft dark malts, creamy sweetness, carnation. Soft milk chocolate. Smooth finish. A tad sweet.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2025. Black beer thin tan head. Some sweetness. Some cocoa flavour. Some dark chocolate. Not overly sweet and not too much lactose either. Some dryness on tje finish a decent dark chocolate stout. Lacks a bit of condition

Gravity Cask at day 2 of the 41st Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 03/12/2025.
Black topped with a tan cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is chocolate, toffee, dark malts.
Taste comprises cocoa powder, sweet edged, dark malts, brown sugar melt.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Okay stout if running a little overly sweet for my palate.
