Draught @ Taproom no 7. Cloudy rich yellow with small foamy white head, floral aroma, low carbonation, bitter lemon peel taste with a hint of vanilla, long bitter finish. Smooth hoppy saison.

Draft at the source. Hazy to cloudy glldrn straw color, white head. Aroma of funky white pepper. Taste is peppery haystacks, straw. Decent.

Growler from brewery: Pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is flowers, yeasty, grass, and spice. Taste is pretty hoppy. Quite dry. Plenty of flowers. Kind of peppery in the mouth. Pleasant with some level of complexity to it.

Keg at the brewery. Pours gold with a white cream head. The nose holds saison yeast and light lemon zest. Medium sweet flavor with slight astringency, pale bread, bitter straw. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish with slight tannic tea bag, more pale bread, bitter grain and straw. Fair.
