Nice, pretty clean, dry biscuits, a little grass. Dirty hay, nips of lemon peel. Nicely balanced. Sound.

Clear light yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: pretty malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, a little fruity, pears. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: hoppy, pretty fruity, white grapes, some citrus, grains, hay, a little grassy, very nice lager! Aftertaste: good bitterness, clean hops, a bit malty, floral touch, a bit fruity, pears, good stuff!
