Pour looks like butterscotch with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is honey malt with a mix of caramel malt. Flavor is about the same. A mix of sweet and dry malt with a little bittering at the end. Finish is clean and gone in a second. This was ok.

Super hazy, deep apricot, peach and copper coloured body with a very thick, super soapy, foamy and large-bubbled pure white head that leaves an ugly lace on the sides, but still covers the beer after a few minutes. Aroma of soap, yeast, bread, crisp citrus, pine, apricots, flowers and a rich malt quality with some herbal hops along with a big apricot and peach smell as well - very nice, especially for the style. Medium-bodied; Slightly soapy and malty flavours show through at first with a big crisp yeast, bread and herbal profile with some wheat, bubble gum, light curacao and a heavy hit of stone fruits really show through at the end, as well. Aftertaste is crisp with the malt, yeast, bread and especially the apricot and stone fruits coming through the strongest with a crisp floral and piney bite at the end that brings out the fresh hop aspects, but the clean, almost soapy finish on the malts is stronger and ends nicely. Overall, a pretty nice beer, especially for the style with a bunch of flavours, a nice level of complexity and good richness with some fruits as well - great to sample, especially super fresh! I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Russ's Grocery in Lincoln, Nebraska on 24-August-2021 for US$1,67 sampled a few hours later in my hotel room here in Lincoln, Nebraska on 24-August-2021.

Bottle picked up at Beertopia Omaha, opened in Exira, Iowa. Hazy pinkish orange appearance with a pillowy white head. Dry, dull fruity, a bit yeasty, a bit spicy aroma. A bit tart, lightly fruity, crisp, light grape, earthy bitter hoppy flavor. Drinkable but a little strange. Update: tasted on tap at Empyrean on 9/29 and seemed to have a mild diacetyl note.
