NEW ENGLAND IPA with NELSON SAUVIN, ENIGMA & WAI-ITI
Tycho is our collab with the brilliant folks at Siberia from the Czech Republic. Inspired by the legendary astronomer Tycho Brahe, who mapped the stars from Denmark to Prague, this beer celebrates exploration, discovery, and the joy of sharing great times with friends across borders.
STORY OF THIS BEER
Tropical fruits and soft citrus mingle with gentle stone fruit and white wine notes. Smooth malt undertones give body and rounded finish, while a pillowy mouthfeel and endlessness make this NEIPA juicy, vibrant, and endlessly drinkable.

0.44l can. Aroma of passion fruit, citrus, honey and mango. Pours hazy dark straw color with thick soapy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts juicy tropical fruity and citrusy, following is herbal, slightly bready and earthy, mouthfeel is smooth but dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Ready for a space odyssey…

Can. An unclear golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, grapes, spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of exotic fruits, hops, spices, grapes, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. 8/1/8/3/15

Tap at the Sibeeria Taproom, Prague. Murky golden body, off-white, thick. Bit subdued buy pleasant white grape and citric hoppy aroma. Lean, dry taste, bit of milk caramel, bit of citrus fruits, mildly herbal, very low onions. Pleasant enough, just somewhat subdued. Quite good, not great.

Med body, med carbo. Med-high bitter, med-light zesty and sweet. Med-med-high citrusy hops, tangerine, med peachy, a bit grassy. A bit simple overall, lacking slightly in both complexity and intensity of hops. But clean and drinkable. Good.

Lovely Nelson character to the fore, lots of tender juicy white grape and crushed gooseberries, some enigma melon and pear like notes showing up, soft sweetish malty backing, balanced bitter piney hoppy finish. Good stuff.
