Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden amber colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of lemon citric, tea, honey hint, flowery. Taste is sweetish, earl grey tea, lemon citrusy, blossom, alittle honey, with some tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying lemon citric tea tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Golden to light copper topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl over time.
Nose is lemon rind, herb, floral, leafy, straw, light sugars.
Taste comprises modest honey vibes, sugars, lemon rind, herb.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay for a low strength mead ... delivers the lemon tea well enought.

Bottle, shared on Eurostar to Brussels 6th Nov 2025. Pours clear dark gold. Malty base with the lemon & honey combo working well, mild tea vibes. Initially sweet then a dry finish.
