Aroma is lightly yeasty, soft esters, pear, vegetable, kale, cucumber, black pepper. Sweet, slightly heavy. Flavour is sweet grain, caramel and some spice. Smooth, soft texture, no bitterness, candy finish.

Can, enormous thanks Ogi, bizarre stuff like this is always the highlight of a tasting! Hrabren was, reluctantly, there as well. Hazy golden body, off-white thick head. Perfumey aroma, bit floral, low peppery phenols, weird vegetal touches that probably come from the endive. Sweet taste, smooth, some sugary cheap honey and that's pretty much it, the vegetable notes existing mainly in the aftertaste. Remarkably simple. I mean, pretty sub par as a tripel, pretty inoffensive as a beer... weird and yet too ordinary. Oh wow.
