Draft. Mildly hazy color, thin lasting head. Aroma is very mild and comes off more like pineapple. Hints of yeast. The flavor is again pineapple with a note of mango. The bitterness is barely here as the fruit keeps it pretty sweet.

Medium in body with a sweet finish. Correct carbonation level and it shows no flaws. Overall, one of the better offerings from this brewery.

Draft/Fest. A- Mango, tropical fruits, pine, bitter. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Mango, tropical fruits, bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, juicy finish. O- Didn’t get a ton of mango but it was there. I swear I had barrel aged version of this but it’s not on RateBeer and I don’t see it on Empyrean either, so who knows. I must just be dreaming it was barrel aged. Which honestly probably would’ve ruined it.

Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a hazy golden orange with a bubbly white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of rich sweet mango with a bit of citrus and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor is full of mango with a bit of sweet citrus and a bit of sweet grains backing.
