Got in a trade with The-Adjunct-Hippie. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of sour/tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big sour/tart/tangy lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate lactic tart/sourness, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/sourness balance, and no puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/grainy/acidic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a delicious Berliner weisse. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the modestly acidic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Great well rounded Lacto/German yeast complexity, with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example.

On tap at Exile, pours a clear pale golden blonde with almost no head. Aroma brings out plenty of lacto upfront, with seltzery notes and a touch of citrus tang. Flavour is along the same lines, with a ton of yogurty lacto dominating, with moderate citrus tang and gentle acidity. Yogurt bomb. Not exactly refined but it's pleasant.

Bottle @ the pussy palace. Pepsican courtesy toss, thanks pal! Aged a few months in my fridge, served colde. Hazy golden yellow appearance with a thin head. Aroma has lemon, passion fruit, vanilla, Parmesan. Light body. Low sweetness and bitterness. Lightly tart. Strong lactic element with some notes of apples and sweet tart. A bit awkward but not that hard to drink.

On tap at Zombie Burger. Pours a cloudy light grapefruit gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is yogurty with a light grapefruit tartness and a wheat backbone. Flavor starts with light tart fruits that grow in acidicness with yogurt and wheat underlying.
