On draft at the brewery tasting room in Benson. It is a clear amber color with an ecru head. The aroma is graham crackers. And the taste is hints of coconut that finishes with graham cracker with a lingering sweet finish. Unusual but tasty.

4 oz draft at the source. Cloudy amber in color. Aroma shows me a boat load of crushed graham craker with cinnamon. Very inviting. The flavor is a carbon copy of the aroma. It mimics the flavor of a graham cracker. Body is great for an amber. Really creative!

Draft. A- Graham crackers, spices. A- Amber color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Graham crackers, spices, cookies, cinnamon, nutmeg. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Whoa. This was like a liquid graham cracker. A part of their Ice Box series and only around until it runs out. A very good beer and full of flavor. Wish I could’ve gotten more of this one. Might have been good with some marshmallow and cocoa thrown in and just made into a s’mores beer!
