Bottle has a date so 05-12-15 with a count of 87 of 143. Deep brown color, thin light head around the snifter. Aroma is pretty nice, light bourbon on top of brown sugar, vanilla and dates / raisins.

The taste is light bourbon, oak and decadent. Bourbon nuances sitting on top of rich dark fruits. Even a nice amount of vanilla. Good amount of oak on the backend as it warms. Medium body with a sweet and woody /oaky finish. Nice light warming sensation after the sip. But no real alcohol flavor. Overall very nice. Glad I got to sample this. The barrel is the big player with the base BW. This Brewer should release this again. Wonderful.

Draft at the source courtesy of Jared and HuskerTan, thanks! Clear amber color. Aroma of pure whiskey. Taste is sweet, boozy butterscotch. The whiskey overwhelms the beer.
