Draft at Farnam House. Caramel color liquid. Aroma is malty, caramel/ toffee. Weak yeast.
Flavor doesn’t remind me of a Keller I ever tried. The German lager yeast is here but it is very sweet. Caramel and yeast is in balance. Not hard to drink or displays any issue. My beef with it is the style definition. Lots of lingering yeast and it’s simple to drink, ok.

Draft. A- Wheat, grainy, cereal. A- Orange color, clear liquid, white head. T- Cereal, grain, subtle caramel. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, boring finish. O- My first in the style and a pretty boring beer. Didn’t have much going on and just not a lot of...well, anything.

Draft at the source. Deep clear golden color. Aroma of toasted caramel. Taste is sweet caramel.
