Draught at Hotel Sweeney's, Sydney. Sparkling, golden colour, white foam head and aroma of grain, citric, grass. Taste is malt, grain, citrusy, hay, with some papery grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying citric grassy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Can, their Advent box. Very pale gold with a white head. Gentle lemony cracker aroma. Austere with little to the taste (hints of crackers) until a modest but rather nice peppery bitter kick at the end. I'm sure this is difficult to make and I kind of appreciate it.
