Sample at churchkey pours a clear burnt gold with a ring of white head. Nose is old school, hugely citrus and soapy, some malt. Flavor is so old school, piney and citrus, soap and booze. Medium full, lightly boozy. 7 8 7 7 7

Had at Churchkey as "Various Methods II". Poured a golden orange color with a golden white head. Aroma was grapefruit, pine and lemon. Big grapefruit peel, some tangerine. Nice resin finish.

This is some hot shit for my liking. Huge pine, and some lemon. Grapefruit peel. Pours clear golden without much head. A little tangerine in the mouth. Bitter ass finish. Great West Coast IPA done right. Tap at Churchkey.

On tap at The Church by The Lost Abbey, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma has some oily resins, light pine, and bready malt. Flavour is oily, with plenty of resinous hops, candied fruit, pine, and sugars. A bit too malty and sweet, and lacking bitterness, for it to be optimal for my tastes, but it’s competently made.
