Shambles is a term with a bloody red archaic past, originally referring to part of a butchers' shop. New Cross Shambles was part of the old Smithfield Market, now the site of our home in Mackie Mayor!

We've used a trio of hops; Amarillo, Audacia and Nectaron, to keep things interesting, while a classic red grist keeps things grounded.

This is perfectly balanced between malt & hop character. Expect notes of toffee apple & orange zest, all wrapped up in a smooth, easy-drinking package.
