Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Dark brown body with a thick beige head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lightly roasted malt and filter coffee. Flavour of Marmite, blackberry and Dr Pepper. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Well balanced and dangerously easy to drink.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours pretty dark brown with a thick tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, earthy malt, faint spice. Taste is more chocolate, treacle and ginger. Bit too sweet on the finish for me.
