750ml bottle from NewLeaf Orchards. Slightly hazed pale yellow colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, flesh, light funk. Taste is tart, appley, fruity, some core and skin, with light farmhouse funky notes, some acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
