Sticking to the theme of soil regeneration, No Dig IPA continues to use our organic, Plumage Archer heritage barley malt and YQ wheat.
A riff on our By Furrow golden ale. We use the same hops with the quantities upped in the kettle as well dry hopping with them. As they are more robust than the English hops we use in other beers, these German varieties can hold up to some of their New World cousins and thus be dosed according to Perfect modern IPA standards.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of straw and apricot. Flavour of lemon and bready malt. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A simple IPA.

440ml can. Pours a slightly hazed golden with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, stone fruits, herbal/floral. Taste is citrusy, grapefruit, stone fruit, some floral/herbal qualities and nice piney bitterness. Medium bodied. A nice (and rare) German-hopped IPA, not had many of these before but I like it, west coast inspired maybe.
