Surveillance Charlie is built to showcase Citra in full flight. Bright citrus bursts of lemon, lime and orange lead the charge, followed by ripe mango, soft peach and a touch of passionfruit. A subtle pithy edge and light herbal lift keep it snappy, while the smooth malt base lets the hop shine from start to finish. An all-Citra banger with clarity and impact.
Named after a prototype autonomous scan unit known as “Charlie,” built for high-precision environmental monitoring. Its purpose was simple: identify key signals and isolate them with accuracy.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky golden body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of melon, peanut shell and peach. Flavour of kiwi fruit and orange. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Tangy and delicious.

440ml can from House of Trembling Madness. A hazy golden/orange/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, lemon, lime, grapefruit, tropical fruit action. Another really drinkable IPA from Azvex.

Can. A mild haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good superfine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a very light but pleasing creamy sweetness. Warhorse Citra hops do what they do. Cooling pine and an underlay of soft skunk. Hop spice nipping round the edges. In the centre, reasonably bright and juicy citrus that sits and the nexus of orange, mandarin and tangerine. Light crispy finish. Very nice. The best Citra, for me, also brings a little mango and, the tippy top stuff, pink grapefruit. Those elements are not here but, this is a good Citra IPA.
