Cut Your Own is a Pale Ale utilizing whole cone Anchovy and Zumo hops, just in time for the holidays. Pouring a beautiful orange color, it bursts with sticky hop aromas straight from the bale. These hand-selected beauties were used on the hot side and aggressively in the dry hop. Cut Your Own hits with a wallop of bright lime zest, watermelon gummies, red berry, and a burst of dank hoppiness. We hope you enjoy this liquid ode to fresh-cut conifers as much as we do!

Canned 12/9/25, drunk 1/4/26, as pictured.
Sweaty boiled hop doesn't seem overboiled or resinous, but certainly is an APA. There is a lovely melon/random yellow fruit character and a bit of woodiness. Sweet white bread-like malt doesn't seem toasty, thankfully.
Rich and malty with sweet white bread and a bit of caramel. Woody hop with lemon zest and fresh winter woods character. Excellent, not overdone bitterness to balance all this malt. Almost slightly juicy on the end, like a yellow apple. Some lingering pine and fresh, zesty herb. Very rich and drinkable and a ton of flavor for its size.

Pours a lightly hazy, amber-gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma is bread, pine, some citrus. Flavors follow. Fairly clean, crisp mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness at the finish.
