Can.
A- Yellow orange color, cloudy liquid, white head.
A- Tropical citrus, resin.
F- Bubble gum, pineapple, mild grapefruit, slightly grassy, resin.
T- Medium body, slightly creamy texture, average carbonation, slightly dank finish.
O- I expect better form Side Project. Maybe this was just the hops which I am very unfamiliar with. A bubble gum flavor that almost tasted at points like it wanted to be a hoppy hefeweizen. Tropical citrus in there but almost rotten tasting at points. Wanted to like it but not sure that it was the best beer that SP could have made here.

Can is date stamped 12- 18. Aromas aren't that good with malt, oxidized resin, cooked cereal and rotting fruit. Flavors are similar to nose with some other odd flavors I can't place.l lighty sweet. Drain pour.

Canned 12/18/25, drunk 2/13/26.
Sweet/candied pear and juicy apple with very mellow citrus and lots of yeast ester. Maybe some bubble gum, even. White bread and honey from the malt keeping things very gentle. Some lingering pineapple. Very low acidity. Makes me a little concerned.
But it's got just enough bitterness in the flavor to keep it balanced. Bready malts, a hint of twangy/slightly acidic pineapple character and lots of juicy pear and apple. Dries out with some biscuity malts on the finish, leaving a touch of lingering pine/grapefruit rind. A strange but interesting hop and I like the above average maltiness up front to draw out the more interesting notes from the hop. With too little malt this would be a twangy resin bomb.
