This Pale Ale was made with pilsner, oat and wheat malt. It was fermented with our house ale yeast and dry hopped with Nelson and Citra Hops. Nelson from New Zealand contributes a lovely white grape and tropical fruit note which is complimented by the lovely orange character than we all know and love provided by the addition of Citra. The beer name come from the TV show Arrested Development.

Opaque, with a thin head. Sauviny aroma. On the palate, it's got a mild bitterness, some chalk, and muddle sauvin with a kludgey sweet base, in the typical Backcountry style.

Poured from 473mL can. Cloudy dull yellow with full white head. Subdued citrus and tropical hops, a sort of biscuity wheat-like base. Sort of yeasty. Average.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves sticky curtains of soapy lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, grapefruit, mango, green grape, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, grapefruit, lime, green grape, earthy yeast and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Juicy and refreshing.
