750ml bottle from Goblin Wines, Marrickville. Opened with a loud pop. Cloudy orangey gold colour, short-lived foamy head and aroma of sour fruit, plum, apple. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, plummy, with some slick funk and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, tart soured acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
