Indulge in this TIPA where Nectaron, Motueka and Mosaic create a whirlwind palate of orange mimosa’s, peach ice tea, tinned pineapple and lemon rind while the addition of experimental hop HBC630 blends a complex and creamy touch reminiscent of foam banana sweets, peach rings and sweet ripe raspberry, undercutting a freshly-cut-grass type dankness on the finish.

440ml can. Murky golden with a big white head, fair bit of sediment. Aroma of ripe papaya, peaches, citrus zest. Taste of ripe pulpy tropical fruits, papaya, peach, pineapple, lime, light booze, somewhat sweet with nice hop bitterness. Full bodied, smooth. Maybe not one of their best TIPAs but impressed by how well this one hides the booze.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 19/12/2025.
Hazed orange topped with an off white cap.
Nose is ripe tropical fruits, dank chimes, weed, pine resin, papaya.
Taste comprises ripe pineapple, mango pulp, hop spice, pine resin, booze tunes.
Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Solid TIPA.
