Náš první Imperial Stout, který jsme vařili na dvě vystírky a podařilo se nám dostat čistě ze sladu 24,4°P. Hluboké chuťové vrstvy jsme složili z 12 druhů sladů a blendu 3 kmenů kvasnic. Přestože se jedná o čistý imperiální stout bez přídavků, charakterizuje ho plné a hladké tělo s výraznými tóny čokolády. Tohle je první krok k připravované barrel-aged sérii stoutů.

Bottle. Dark brown color with white head. Aroma of roasted malt, light coffee, dark chocolate, light caramel. Taste is roasted malt, a dsrk chocolate, too much coffee in finish.
