Brewed on solar power using fresh Cascade hops grown on-site, local malt and a many generations old yeast from the South East of England and finished with Peruvian Cacao, roasted almonds & roasted Almonds.

Can bought from the brewery. Glossy opaque cola brown. Foamy beige head. Aroma is bitter with cacao and a sour berry edge. Underlying nuttiness. Flavourwise it's sweet with a bitter and sour edge. A nutty streak takes the edge off. Praline and booze. Thick and oily. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Good stuff. Could be too sweet but manages to avoid this pitfall.

Can via the online shop. Pours nearly black. No head. Vinous with dark bitter chocolate. Some notes of bourbon. Light notes of the nut addition. Slick and easy drinking as per TT. Dangerous tackle. Disappeared way too quickly.
