Bière noire brassée en collaboration avec La Brûlerie de l’Atlantique, ce stout à l’espresso dévoile les arômes d’un café torréfié en Gaspésie! Nous avons infusé à froid (cold brew) un café équitable 100% arabica qui donne l’équivalent d’un double espresso dans chaque bouteille.
Saveurs dominantes: Café, amertume rôti et chocolat.
Texture: crémeuse.
Accords possibles: viande grillée sur le BBQ, fromage cendré, dessert au chocolat.

Dark brown colour, almost black, with just a tad ruby highlights. The head is frothy, mocha-coloured with decent retention and some light foamy lacing streaks. Coffee aromas over the roasted malts, and hints of nuttiness, dark fruits. The mouthfeel is a little creamy, not overly thick, with a light dryness in the finish. The taste offers mild bitterness with the coffee and roasted barley, but not much more. Just an easy-drinking Coffee Stout... 'bout it.
