Vacation Responder: Winter Break Edition ❄️🍻
The frozen brother of our summer drop, dry-hopped with Strata and HBC 1019. Big aromas of overripe mango and guava, flavors of papaya and grapefruit. Tropical vibes for when you’re going full daffy off the lip. Vacation Responder is the pocket beer companion on the chairlift… just don’t let the gapers snag one.

Can (12/8/25) from The City, Saybrook. Deeply hazy yellow, tons of sparkle, thin head, good retention, light lacing. Aroma is strong lemony citrus, grapefruit, candied fruit, hint of herb. Taste follows aroma with late biscuit. Smooth texture, medium bodied, average-to-lively carbonation. Another solid offering from this brewer!

16oz can is pulp. Nose starts off very sugary, sweet n low, yellow cake, opened to raw tropicals and raw green hop pellet. Flavor is dried grass, raw green hop pellet. Cheese curds. Full, starchy finish. Grew on me.

16 oz can, thank you tfontana for the trade. Aroma is a hint of guava and passionfruit with a strange vegetal note. Flavor follow the aroma. With the addition of some mild citrus fruit. Mellow herb finish. Not this breweries best work, but still very drinkable.
