Doesn't look great - a pale beer and the port barrel seems to lend a bit of colour that makes it look darkish and dullish. On the nose, nice port character, a nice brett character. The vinous note is a lot of fun, with a good solid brett character. On the palate, light hop note, mellow brett, seems like barrel, and some vinous sweetness.

2015 vintage. 375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with asmall white head. Aroma bursts of port barrels upfront, with subdued saison yeast, and gentle wild yeast. Flavour is definitely extreme, with lots of port, alcohol, some perfume, and saison yeast. The brett isn't actually that noticeable, other than having eaten any residual sugars that might've been here. Fun stuff.

Bottle at the brew pub, RBWG pour buse, 20/02/15. Golden orange topped with a decent off white swirl. Nose is funky, brett strokes, dung, plummy, pissy citrics, apricot. Taste comprises tangy fruit, bitter apricot, funk, pissoi, light tropical notes, damp straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, subtle port in the finale tinged with brett strokes and wood must. Solid funked up BA saison.

Hazy golden yellow color, white spider web lacing. Aroma of vinous vanilla and haystacks. Taste has a decent amount of tannins and a bit of funk. Bottle (2015) at 7venth Sun during the RBWG 2015 bus tour. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of Brett, port, wine. Tastes of Brett, caramel, port, stone fruit, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish.

Bottle at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Pleasant ripe citrus aroma with nips of brett, hay. Medium sweet flavor with some candied fruits, orange, white bread, drying wood. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly oily. Warming finish with more pale bread, mild tannins, white grape, apricot, lemon. Tasty.
