Idén 10. alkalommal ültünk össze, hogy elkészítsük a HopHarvest’-et, a MONYO és az Uradalmi közös főzetét. Idén egy karakteres Black IPA formájában, amelyben a friss komló harsány aromái találkoznak a pörkölt maláták mélységével.
A felhasznált komló szeptember 22-én, Válon az Uradalmi Sörmanufaktúránál került szüretelésre, így minden kortyban ott van a komlószüret friss, zöld energiája.
Illatában gyantás, gyümölcsös és fenyős jegyek keverednek a finom kávés–csokis háttérrel, kortyérzete pedig egyszerre selymes és frissítő.

This year we met for the 10th time to prepare HopHarvest’, the joint brew of MONYO and Uradalmi. This year, in the form of a characterful Black IPA, in which the bright aromas of fresh hops meet the depth of roasted malts. The hops used were harvested on September 22nd at Uradalmi Sörmanufaktúra in Vál, so every sip contains the fresh, green energy of the hop harvest. Its aroma combines resinous, fruity and piney notes with a delicate coffee-chocolate background, and its sipping sensation is both silky and refreshing.

33 cl can. Pitch black with a medium-sized lightly tanned head. Fruity aroma with citrus, dark malts, toasted bread, herbal hoppy notes. The taste is roasted bitter. Medium body. Drying roasted bitter finish. Nice BIPA action.
