Juice Project Ice Cold is a rendition of Juice Project featuring a blend of Crosby Farms CGX NUVO processed hops! These hops are flash-frozen during harvest, preserving 100% of their essential oils and providing 3X the amount of lupulin as fresh hops.

Featuring an ultra-pale malt bill, Juice Project Ice Cold pours a radiant, milky pale yellow color with foam that clings to the glass like morning frost. Our aggressive cold-hopped Juice Project procedure combined with a blend of flash-frozen Amarillo and Idaho 7 creates creates a stunning range of juicy aromas. With virtually no bitterness, notes of peach smoothies, aromatic bergamot orange, tangerine juice, and grapefruit sorbet jump from the glass.

This beer represents the possibilities when inventive recipe creation is paired with cutting-edge techniques from the finest hop growers.

Pours a hazy, grapefruit juice color, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors are citrus and tropical fruit, with a very light, underlying sweetness. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness at the finish.

Canned 12/21/26, drunk 1/7/26, as pictured.
Soft melon, light wintry spice and green pear with juicy white grape and random tropical fruit. Rich, honey-like malts to balance with no resin, unwanted herb or alcohol noted.
Rich and spicy with tons of citrus character up front leading to a touch of melon, lots of spicy green and light pepper, but no unwanted herb, wood, resin or big pine. Rich, supple, dense, honey-like malts more than easily balance, but do dry out enough on the finish to keep it from being too malty. Lingering lemon-like acidity, maybe a touch of pine, but no resin or alcohol. Doesn't quite deliver on the rich melon, green spice and tropical fruit of the nose, but it's certainly fun and flavorful and well-balanced.
