Šesté pokračování série GOSETERIA přináší komplexní citrusovo-botanický profil. Šťávu z červeného krvavého pomeranče jsme napárovali s limetkou a přidali jalovec a sůl. Kyselosti jsme docílili přidáním citrusů, jalovec doplňuje ovocný profil svými specifickými tóny – lehce pryskyřičnými, bylinnými a kořenitými – a dodává pivu ve spojení se solí další harmonickou vrstvu.

Tap at Drinkøteka. Murky amber body, off-white head. Perfumey aroma, quite spicy. Juniper, rosemary, pepper, assuming there are some phenols at work, but, undeniably, some fruity notes are there, thought I wouldn't have picked blood orange immediately. Salty, tart, smooth, lean, dryish, well rounded, pleasant floral-spicy taste with some soapy citrus in the taste. Fine in the end, but wouldn't really repeat it as it gets a bit astringent.
