Reviewed from notes. Consumed May 4, 2012.
The appearance has a clear yellow colored body with no head, no lacing, no rings in my pint glass. A fair amount of carbonation was seen rising slowly.
The smell has some sweet grains with some malts and breads in the background.
The taste has some malts and breads with the sweet grains in the background. Some floral tones came out in the taste.
On the palate, she sits pretty light, comes across pretty sessionable and crisp, and the carbonation was definitely felt in my mouth.
Overall, I guess its not a bad beer, but nothing to scream about. From what I’ve read of other reviews, I was hoping for a better appearance, but was let down a bit. I’d probably only seek this out again if I found it on tap.

On tap at the Big Hunt DC. Pours a clear gold with some fizzy white head. Nose is standard, some malt, a little honey, some grass, lemon. Crisp finish. Solid for the style.

12 oz bottle...straw pour with an off-white head...nothing fancy here...a simple pilsner...a decent easy going pilsner...average in all ways...a smidge of lacing...its a little sour at first, but that lessens as it warms up

On tap at Akkurat, April 2013. Clear pale golden with a white head. This was a soft one with malt, grass, grain and some light spicy notes. The finish was dry and bitter. Descent.

Pours cloudy, yellow gold with a tall, off-white head. Aroma is grain, slightly skunked. Flavour is malty, grainy, slightly sour. Grassy hop bitter. Not Brooklyn’s finest.

12 ounce bottle into pilsener glass, best before March 2013. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a nice 2 finger dense white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a nice amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon zest, pear, pepper, apple, cracker, bread, earth, floral, grass, and herbal spiciness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity; but are quite mild. Taste of lemon zest, pear, pepper, apple, cracker, bread, earth, floral, grass, light pine, and herbal spiciness. Light grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of light fruit, pepper, cracker, bread, grass, floral, light pine, and herbal spiciness on the finish for a short bit. Nice flavor complexity and balance of malt and hop flavors; quite dry on the finish; with zero cloying flavors present on the finish as expected. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly prickly mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with nearly zero warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a very nice pilsner style. Well balanced with nice complexity; very smooth a crisp to drink. Very enjoyable and well put together.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks zvikar. Clear deep golden. Aroma of malt, a bit of honey hints, grainy notes and grassy and floral hops. Sweetish and slightly grainy flavor with a dry and moderately bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied.

Gold color, with a head that laces the glass. Aroma has central European hops and lager yeast. Appropriate pilsner flavor, and for an ordinary pils, it is actually pretty good, with a solid hop flavor and malt body.

Bottle @ hotel room, Ithaca. A touch hazy, dark golden appearance with a white head. Big straw, grassy hoppy, grainy, pils malty, slightly chalky aroma. Pretty sweet, somewhat soapy, floral, grassy hoppy, sweet grainy pils malty flavor.
