Draught@Taphouse, Copenhagen (backlog). Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild yeasty and herbal notes. Flavour is toffee, some fruits, mild spices, yeast and a bit grassy bitterness to it.

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy spicy aroma. Fruity malty bitter citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty bitter citrus spicy finish with weak yeasty hints.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of melon, other fruits, spicy hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, melons, hay, spices, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Keg at Taphouse, CPK, 01/05/15. Very lightly hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is floral, light pine, straw, bitter orange, citric rinds. Taste comprises citric pith, light perfume, touch of pine, bread dough, orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok - a bit overly floral for this Bois.

[ As Ølsnedkeren Bravo ].Clear medium to dark orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, grass, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150501]

Draught at KØ15. Fruity aroma, hint of pine. Hazy light amber colour. Big stable off-white head. The flavour is grassy and piney. Creamy finish.

Draught, KØ15. Pours slightly hazy orangeish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and malt, with citric and malty notes. Sweetish, fruity and malty flavour, with bitter, hoppy notes and touches of yeast. Bittersweetish aftertaste. Okay.

Taphouse, Copenhagen. Keg. Lightly hazy amber beer, small off white head. Palate is airy and a little crisp. Light malts, modest sweetness and a trace of caramel. Light citric peel bitterness and mildly bitter floralness. Airy finish. All right.

Tap. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, hop and earthy. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, hop, earthy, medium sweet, spicy, little grass and medium bitter.
