This Northern IPA was born from a very special collaboration with our friends at Garage Beer Co, fellow travelers and beer enthusiasts who also organize the Mash festival.
Its name pays tribute to the exact moment when the hops were added to the wort — an hour immortalized on the clock and celebrated with the first beer of the day.

With a bright golden color, it shows a white, persistent and silky head that crowns the glass with elegance. On the nose, it reveals an aromatic explosion dominated by stone fruits such as peach and apricot, complemented by tropical nuances and wild berries, all resting on a fresh, citrusy base that brings balance and liveliness.

The perfect balance between Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Pacifica hops results in a light yet intense beer, vibrant and full of fruity character, with an aromatic personality that captivates from the first sip.

An elegant, aromatic, and refreshing IPA, perfect to celebrate good moments… any time of the day.

Malts: barley malt, wheat malt, oat malt, flaked oats, flaked barley
Hops: Nelson sauvin, Pacifica, & Citra.
Doble Dryhopping: Nelson sauvin, Pacifica, & Citra.

A touch cloudy golden with a fizzy white head. Citrus, grapefruit, light tropical notes, pale malts. Medium bodied. Finish has some grapefruit and lightly sweet malts. Simple but nice.

44cl can BB 11/2026. Canned 10/2025 lot# 25-983.
