Dark brown. No head. Rich chocolate and marshmallow on the nose. Assertive bourbon, good body, the alcohol cuts the rich chocolate a bit. The vanilla comes in well, in the finish. It’s good. Accent a bit heavy on the adjuncts, except the pineapple, which I only notice if I look for it.

Tap. Porsche paint black with minimal head or lacing. Aroma is elegant, liqueur, notes of cocoa banana coconut rum, vanilla. Flavor is quite sweet light plus bitter. Coconut is prominent.It's got a bit of a candy bar note. I would never ever say pineapple. Full body tongue coating mouthfield low carbonation.

Sampled from the tap at Bottle Theory. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges quickly and completely. Aroma has earthy chocolate and roast with light pineapple and coconut coming through. Flavor is much more bright with pineapple, dark chocolate, dark grains and some barrel and coconut supporting.
