12 oz can courtesy of alagnak. The pour is mostly clear orange golden, on the darker side of that spectrum. The head is off white, and falls pretty quick. The aroma is cereal grain, very light floral hops and a decent blast of fruit esters. The flavor is mostly the fruit esters, clove, with a bit of grain and the floral hops mixed in, though not really integrated. The palate is medium bodied, sweetness carries the lingering finish. Too much cloying sweet, and too much clove ester for my liking.

Can thanks to Tim. Pours a cloudy yellow with a thick frothy white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is yeast and fruit. Medium mouthfeel with a strong sugary fruit and sweet finish. A decent Belgian from Upslope.

Can - hazy gold - mostly diminishing head - nose is very sweet - dense sugar, frosting kind of sweetness - there is also a fair amount of banana and off, dirty phenols - watery texture, despite it’s rather strong carbonation - very sweet throughout, with a lot of messy, abrasive spiciness - quite a lot of banana and a bit of clove - tastes more like an imperial hefe, but even as one of those, it sucks - I honestly don’t know why I keep trying Upslope beers - I had given up on other breweries for burning me far fewer times (I’m looking at you, Asher) - yea, I’m pretty sure I’m done with Upslope.
