Grabbed bottle from Julios mix things up a touch. Orange and no bubbles. Nose is honey and plum. Tatses of nice plum and honey and herbaceous. Chewy mouthfeel and not sweet. Kiss of alcohol.

Drank at room temperature. The consistency of the liquid is clear. The color is amber. The structure is thick. The olfactory intensity is high, and the olfactory persistence is considerable. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma finds fruitiness and vanilla. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of strong sake. The sweetness is very sweet. The body is structured. 500ml bottle. Clear orange-brown amber colour, no head and aroma of plum, marzipan, raisins, earthy. Taste is very sweet, sugary, plum, christmas cake, boozy, warming. Syrupy mouthfeel, thick bodied, low carbonation, slight rice and earthy notes in the finish. Nicely sippable.
