銀嶺月山 ささら月
Silver Mountain Moonlight. A healthy, soft Junmai sake. Brewed with our own yeast, this Junmai sake has a refreshing acidity. This 10.5% Sasara Tsuki sake packaged in a 300 ml bottle from the Gassan Shuzo brewery with an apple aroma is relatively mild, its aromas are very popular as an aperitif or with light dishes, it will also go wonderfully well with sushi, fish and shellfish (like white wine). It is made with Gassan water (the melting snow from Mount Gassan produces rich and pure water) and high quality rice. From the junmai category and low in alcohol for a sake, it will also suit people new to sake tasting. This sake should be served at room temperature, chilled or chilled according to your tastes. Winner of the Gold Award in the Raw Alcohol Category at the 2023 Fine Wine Competition. Polishing ratio (seimaibuai): 65%. Sake Meter Value (nihonshudo): - 20. Bottle size: 300ml.
